Adv Steel 2019 - material lists not being generated
I am working on a support frame in a small model and for whatever reason, when I try to make a material list the system begins creating a model extract but cannot complete the process and I usually end up forcing the program to close and then restarting. I have tried a few different methods of generating the list but none seem to work. I even tried saving the model with a different name and removing other parts of the job that aren't connected with this frame and I'm still having this problem. The program was working great last week but today, no way!! Please let me know if I need to check a setting or try something different -
Clipping a long series of holes
I would like to know if there is a way to adjust an object presentation on a drawing so that a long series of holes (19 spaces @ 1'-6" O.C., for example) can be clipped to avoid creating a long detail that will not fit on a sheet. -
3D Solid Object Presentation on Drawings
I use 3d solids for foundations in my models as I have found they are easier to manipulate than concrete objects. The problem I am having is that the solids do not show on camera views. What is the model role and presentation setting for 3D solids? I have tried multiple attempts using Plant 3D model roles to no avail. Is this a glitch in AS2019 that will be ironed out soon? (She said hopefully!) -

Is there an updated training manual or user manual for AutoCAD 2018 (with advance steel)? Im working from the one issued in 2014 when I started using the program but not everything is the same. Specifically I wondering about modifying the title blocks and page frames of prototypes. Also, what is the file location for the prototype blocks? -

I have upgraded to Advance/AutoCAD 2017 and while I have been able to get my prototypes and drawing material list templates onto my drawings, I have not been able to get my old external BOM lists to show up. I cannot remember the process to transfer the lists and I also cannot find my notes from the last time I upgraded. The migration tool seems ok but I think it is about 50% complete and overall ineffective. -
Leading Zeros on sheet numbers
Using Advance 2016, assembly sheets are generated with "001,002,003..." for sheet numbers. What is the best way to change this setting? I am having this issue with Drawng Processes not Drawing Styles, I have already made the change in Advance Manager for the Drawing Styles. I have tried to make the change in Drawing Style Manager through the properties icon next to "Filename Selector" and when I do the name of the file gets changed and I can no longer see the original file name. -
How to Model Cast-in (Embedded) Angles?
This is the detail in question. As you see the engineer is calling for an angle with a stop bar on the top and strap anchors on the underside. I was able to use the plate feature on the slab and was also able to use element contour for the profile of the angle as well.

How to Model Cast-in (Embedded) Angles?
Is there a way to create or model embed angles for concrete trenches and pits? I see a couple macros for embed and bearing plates but I dont see anything for embed angles. Also, how do I create openings or modify concrete slabs/foundations?

Modifying Line Weight Default Values
I would like to change the lineweights of different layers to better show existing objects and new objects. I have been able to change the lineweights in the layer explorer but cannot seem to find a menu or option to establish the layer line weights on the AS Template.

Different Cladding Profiles
I am working on a project which calls for cladding to be a PBR Panel Profile manufactured by MBCI. I see that MBCI profiles are not loaded into advance steel. Is there a process to create profiles similar to the user section feature? Is it the same process?
